She is beautiful. Her personality is bubbly, friendly, and fun! She is also in love with her best friend. When I was asked if I would photograph her I cannot admit I was not just a little bit excited!
Sessions like these are just pure magic, everything flowed beautifully, Rachel is one of the rare people who know how to pose naturally for the camera, with little to no direction from her photographer.
After our session was completed, I could could easily see how she won her title as Miss New Brunswick 2013! Good luck Rachel to what ever you plan to do!

It is your final year! You are excited! Time for a photo session all about you! You book me and then you email and ask, ‘What do I wear from my grad session?’ Don’t panic! I like to make things easy for you and here is your ‘What to Wear for Your Grad Session’
There are a few ‘rules’. I call them rules because I can tell you what you will regret in a few years:
No logos (brands come and go, you don’t want to be caught dead in certain brands in a few years).
No baseball caps.
No sunglasses (trust me, mom wants picture of your eyes not your shades).
No sneakers (unless they are brand spanking new!! Sneakers show dirt very easily).
No glittery makeup (The camera will make you look Twilight-y, you will glow in the camera).
No coloured makeup (think neutrals!! it is about enhancing your eyes!).
Try to avoid horizontal lines.
Here are the DO’s:
Where clothes that fit your really well!
Where a favourite shirt or jeans.
Layers! One switch of a sweater or scarf and we have a new look.
Think colour! A few pops of colour are great!
Try on everything before hand, make sure undergarments cannot be seen through tops, make sure there are no buttons missing or tears.
And to help you even more just click on this link to see my Pinterest Board for Grad Style Inspiration!

November is slipping away quickly and you can feel fall leaving with the month and winter slowly creeping towards us. Peter and I headed outside for a quick fall photo session. Peter struggles with Autism Spectrum Disorder and smiling naturally for the camera does not come easily so we didn’t worry ourselves with big grins and I accepted what ever he would give me.
Armed with a knitted scarf, warm mittens and his Dad’s cap we set off…and 15 minutes later we were chased inside by the frigid temperatures!
