Isla (pronounced eye-la) finally arrived and she was as sweet as her name! Out of the 100+ babies she was our 3rd red head? That alone makes her pretty special (and ironically enough we have photographed another Isla who is ALSO a sweet red head!!). She arrived when she was ready and she also was very curious to what was happening. She looked around and had a bit of a stare down but once she fell asleep she was down for the count! her session was all beautiful florals with some green. Soft pink, cream, mulberry and postal pink looked charming with her sweet hair and soft little cheeks.

We were pretty in love with her! I love the perfection and the artwork that newborn sessions create. Being able to see every angle, every small detail.

We were able to get amazing pictures of him. And his big sister was a rock star! She was so excited to have her pictures taken and wanted to please us so much!

Her little outfit was from Mia Joy Couture and fit her perfectly!

This little guy was born on Christmas Day and when they arrived we were pretty excited! He looked similar to his big brother and he was so content and sweet. Keeping with the neutrals and adding a bit of the Christmas props for a timeless look.

The Christmas elf outfit was incredibly cute and he was so sweet! His big brother was very proud of his new buddy!

Finding new ways to be creative is one of the best parts of my job and I love using fresh flowers for a few sessions. Florals are always sweet with girls. When her parents booked with me they were quite open to anything in regards to setups and colours.

Typically I love neutral colours, creams and browns and greys but this session I went outside the box and used soft lavender, a floral vintage quilt and beautiful real flowers. The end result was a feminine set up with the sweetest little girl! She was so beautiful and perfect!

This family welcomes a new baby brother to Saint John. This little guy hands down is the envy of every woman with his gorgeous long eyelashes! I am guessing they reached the sky but I would never know because he slept soundly for the entire session!

We kept the colours neutral with a soft grey and baby blue and gently posed him  how he wanted to move. I received the biggest compliment from his sweet mama who said that we were her push present! I love she wanted something special such as photographs that will last her entire life.

He even achieved the perfect little smile at the right time! Usually what happen is I will put my camera down to adjust something or change a setting on the back of the camera and then baby will ALWAYS smile. I miss so many smiles! This little guy never cracked a grin but when he did my shutter when click! And the stars aligned!

Quispamsis welcomed another new little resident this January! This sweet newborn girl was born into one of my favorite families and the second baby for them! It was a pleasure planning her session with grey, white and a soft blush pink.

She was nice and sleepy and we were able to accomplish quite a bit during her session. Thank you so much for returning to me for her session!
